This is my story.
With a proven track record in building successful national and international franchise systems, I have been actively involved in the franchise industry since 1983. I served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of a car rental brand, where I focused on franchise owner relations and creating tools and technologies to enhance franchisee success. My strategies led to the creation of a global network comprising over 1,000 car rental locations in more than 50 countries, with a fleet of approximately 110,000 vehicles, thus propelling a global brand.
In 2002, I set my sights on the independent car sales industry by launching a second franchise brand. As the President and COO of Payless Car Sales, I spearheaded the company’s growth to nearly 60 dealerships across 16 states and Puerto Rico in under five years.
Both companies earned rankings on the Franchise Times Top 200 Franchises List.
Additionally, I have consulted with business owners and companies across various industries, helping them grow their local brands and increase sales in the digital marketing space. My leadership experience spans multiple industries, including travel, parking, retail, eCommerce, marketing, recreational activities, pharmaceutical, and home and automotive services. I have initiated and led numerous strategic tactics to enhance organizational cash flow, revenue, profitability, performance, and productivity.
